a) Do you receive financial information (including messages or prices of securities, commodities and other financial instruments) for your company or any other business entity? The Madrid Stock Exchange (Bolsa de Madrid) assesses, monitors and manages the official secondary market for shares, private fixed-rate securities, public debt, warrants and certificates. The Bolsas y Mercados Españoles (BME) Stock Exchange is the largest of Spain`s four regional stock exchanges. Bolsa de Madrid offers trading in shares and subscription rights, ETFs, warrants and certificates as well as other products. In 2007, the entry into force of the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID) introduced a wave of profound changes in the organisation of the securities industry in Europe. Among the main developments are the creation of alternative trading venues, the resulting fragmentation of the European market and the definition of common rules of conduct and organisation for investment firms. MiFID and other relevant legislation concerning the European securities market are currently under review. Information from Sociedad de Bolsas may only be communicated to third parties by suppliers who have an official agreement with Sociedad de Bolsas, which must be in force. The SIBE platform was developed by the Madrid Stock Exchange. Access to this electronic trading platform is provided through the trading terminals provided by the Sociedad de Bolsas („SIBE Windows Terminal“ TSW) or through external peer applications for this purpose.
